We love to see our clothes in action on social media and sometimes we ask for permission to share these pictures across our various channels. By responding to our request with the hashtag #yespolarnopyret you agree to the following:
You grant Polarn O. Pyret a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use all images that you have replied to with #yespolarnopyret , hereinafter referred to as "images", in its marketing and / or advertising, including our websites, newsletters, directories, e-mail and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing purposes.
You hereby certify and warrant that (i) you own all rights to your images, (ii) you have obtained permission from any and all persons appearing in your images to assign the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your images by Polarn O. Pyret will not violate the rights of any third party or violate any law.
You hereby release Polarn O. Pyret from all obligations to pay for the use of your images and for the intellectual property rights thereof in connection with the above described uses and hereby you release and agree to keep Polarn O. Pyret and all persons who shop at Polarn O. Pyret's indemnity for any and all claims, claims and liabilities, regardless of nature, in connection with the use of the images as described above.
When we post pictures with the #polarnopyret on Instagram, we do so with the aim of showing customers' photos with our garments in our feed on Instagram. The personal data that may be collected are name / profile name, photo / profile photo and IP address. Personal data remains in the flow on social media. If we no longer display your image on the website, it will not be with us for more than 60 days.
