Brexit Information

What does Brexit mean for PO.P customers in Ireland?

You may be aware that our PO.P Ireland website is actually operated from our head office which is based in lovely Lincolnshire in the UK!

If the UK leaves the EU on 1st January with no deal, the UK will be subject to the World Trade Organization terms on both imports and exports of goods.

Therefore, PO.P orders to Ireland over the value of €150 (including postage costs) will be subject to duty fees.

We would like to assure our customers in Ireland that you will NOT incur any additional fees to your PO.P parcel as we have taken the decision to absorb the additional duty costs.

Returns and refunds

We will continue to offer our customers in Ireland freepost returns.

Each order currently arrives with a Freepost returns address. Going forward you will also receive a CN22 label/form which will need to be completed and placed on the outside of the parcel before returning to us here in the UK.

The form will ask you to complete your name and address, along with a brief description of the goods, please refer to the delivery note for item titles and use the current EURO to GBP exchange rate for the values. Please tick the box for returned goods.

We want to assure our customers in the Republic of Ireland that we are doing everything we can to make this process as efficient as possible and are keeping a close eye on the UK Government's updates around any potential changes.

We will of course update our processes as things start to become a little clearer.

Thank you for your continued custom and for your patience whilst we transition our business.
