PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE ANY HOLES, THESE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND CANNOT BE RE-PROCESSED.

Our clothes are designed to last at least 3 children and PO.P Second Hand makes it easier to buy and sell pre-owned items so that our garments can be worn and loved by as many children as possible.

If your PO.P clothes are too small or no longer in use, let us find a new owner for them. In return, you’ll receive a voucher to use on our website.

How do I start a trade-in?

Visit our online portal here and register any items you wish to trade-in. Ensure your items are freshly washed, print your free postage label, and send your items back to us in one parcel.

What items can I trade-in?

We buyback absolutely any PO.P item that is clean, undamaged, and unmodified, regardless of its age and where it was originally purchased.

My PO.P item is not in showing in the trade-in portal. Can I still send it in?

Simply click “Add other items to trade-in” and follow the instructions to tell us about your item. Once we receive your trade-in, it will be inspected, and the details confirmed. The voucher value will be adjusted if the incorrect item is registered.

Why does it say trade-in not available?

Items that are still within the 90 day Returns Period are not eligible for trade-in.

What if I no longer have my receipt?

No problem, just go online to the trade-in portal and click “Add other items to trade-in” and follow the instructions to tell us about your item. Once we receive your trade-in, it will be inspected, and the details confirmed. The voucher value will be adjusted if the incorrect item is registered.

Can I take my pre-loved items in store?

Right now our PO.P Second Hand initiative is only available online and for UK customers.

Where do my pre-loved items go?

Any items that are suitable for resale will be sold on our website.

Though we are accepting tights and underwear for buyback, we will not be offering them for sale unless they are still Brand New. If a textile is “end of life”, we will hold on to it for now, until we have enough volume to be sustainably recycled.

How do you determine the trade-in and resale prices?

After research of other major resale platforms, we have determined a price that fits within these markets, taking into consideration our free postage, free returns, and the hassle-free process of PO.P Second Hand.

How can I spend my voucher?

Vouchers can be redeemed online at www.polarnopyret.co.uk and entitle customers to money off their online purchase. Items can be from any collection, including sale, but cannot be redeemed against gift cards. Voucher must be used in a single transaction and only one voucher can be applied to an order.

Why should I use PO.P Second Hand instead of selling myself on eBay or Facebook Marketplace

We love that our clothing is currently being passed along to new loving owners through online marketplaces. However, PO.P Second Hand was launched to make the process of extending the lifespan of our garments as easy as possible for our customers. With our scheme, you can return your items to us free of charge, there is no photography required, and there are no selling fees. Simply pop your items back to us, and we will sort the rest and issue your voucher!

How long does it take to receive a voucher?

It can take up to 3 weeks from receipt of your trade-in parcel to receive your voucher.

I have not received my voucher yet, what should I do?

It can take up to 3 weeks from receipt of your trade-in parcel to receive your voucher. Please check your tracking information to see if your item has been delivered, and if you have not received it after this time, please check your junk email and contact Customer Service for assistance if you require further assistance.

What happens if I send in my items, but they are not approved?

Items will not be approved if they are not freshly washed, or if they are damaged or modified in any way. We ask that you clean and check your items carefully before sending them in, all items should have care labels.

If they are not approved, we are not able to send them back, and they will be sustainably recycled.

What happens to items that cannot be resold?

We will hold on to these items for now, until we have enough volume to be sustainably recycled.

Why should I trade-in with you instead of selling it myself?

With our scheme, you can send us your items free of charge, without the hassle of photography or any selling fees! Simply register and send us your items, and we will do the rest!

What is Ozone cleaning?

Products are assessed at our warehouse, and we have a very thorough quality control and cleaning process for our Second-Hand items. We ask that items are freshly washed before they are sent to us, and in addition to this, they go through Ozone cleaning. The Ozone chamber disinfects items, removing up to 99% of bacteria, and breaks down odours rather than simply masking it. This means that when you buy your Second Hand items, they’ll smell as good as new!

What do you do with the items?

All items received at the warehouse, go through a physical inspection. They are separated based on whether they will be resold or not. Any items fit for resale go through an Ozone chamber to be disinfected and remove any odours before being photographed and added to the website for sale.

Once there is enough volume, any items that are not fit for resale, will eventually be sustainably recycled.

I registered an item, but forgot to put it in the parcel, can I still send it in?

The best thing to do is to start a new trade-in for this item and we will be able to credit you for this item separately.

I forgot to register an item with my trade-in, but I have sent it in the parcel, will I still receive my voucher?

Any unregistered items will not be credited. If you have forgotten to register an item, please do not send it with any other items. The best thing to do would be to start a new trade-in.
