PO.P Second Hand FAQ's

Join our circular fashion movement and help us extend the life of every garment.

Our clothes are designed to last at least 3 children and PO.P Second Hand makes it easier to buy and sell pre-owned items so that our garments can be worn and loved by as many children as possible.

If your PO.P clothes are too small or no longer in use, let us find a new owner for them. In return, you’ll receive a voucher to use on our website.

Why aren't all my products eligible for trade-in?

We accept most items for trade-in however, there may be certain items that at this time are not eligible. Items that have been returned previously may still show on your account but not be eligible, but also items that are still within out 90 day returns period are not eligible.

How much will I receive for my items?

The amount of credit we offer for each item is clearly shown on the trade in pages. Once you have confirmed your trade-in, that value won’t change.

How long will it take until I receive my credit?

We aim to process all trade-ins within 14 days of receiving them.

What do you do with the product?

Most products will be assessed for their condition and then re-launched as PO.P Second Hand and added to our website for re-sale. You will find our second hand items for sale on this page.

How do I send you the items?

Once you have completed a trade in and chosen your returns courier, simply print out the label (or take it to your return drop off point if no label is required) after bagging the items up together, please use any bag/packaging you have at home.

Before sending back your items, please ensure they are clean, freshly washed and not heavily stained or damaged.

Can I send you back other items I have bought elsewhere?

Yes of course, as part of our programme, we are offering to buy back any item sold from any channel. It doesn't have to have been bought online. On our trade in portal, simply click in the product registration section and fill in the details about the products you would like to trade in, the value we offer will be the same as if it was bought online and shows on your order history.

How will I get my discount voucher?

Vouchers will be emailed to customers once we have receipted the items, your voucher will be per trade in created, so you will received one voucher, even if you return 10 items at once.

Can I use my vouchers on anything?

Trade in vouchers can be used and redeemed on both brand new and other second hand items, they must be used in a single online transaction and only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with 3 for 2 orders at the moment, or be used to buy gift cards.

What happens if the item cannot be re-sold?

It’s our aim is to keep PO.P product out of landfill – and to reuse as much as possible. So, we will hold on to anything that can’t be resold; and once we have enough volume, we will upcycle, recycle, downcycle, disassemble, compost or donate depending on the product type.
