Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Your Digital Gift Card will be delivered to your email address as soon as the checkout process is completed and your payment has been authorised
- Your Digital Gift Card can then be forwarded to the lucky recipient or printed out and given to them
- Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed against Polarn O. Pyret merchandise up to the value indicated on the card
- Digital Gift Cards are only redeemable from the website which they were purchased from
- They cannot be used on other Polarn O. Pyret franchise websites or on department store websites
- They cannot be used in physical stores, be that concessions, department stores or our solus stores
- Gift cards expire after 1 year from date of issue and cannot be extended
- Any unused balance will be retained on the gift card and will be available to use on future orders
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the outstanding order value must be paid for by debit/credit or PayPal
- If an item is returned that was bought using a Gift card, the value will be credited back to the original Gift Card
- Digital Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or back dated against orders already placed
- Digital Gift Cards can't be discounted against and you cannot buy a new Gift Card with another Gift Card
- Digital Gift Cards are non refundable
- We are not able to re-issue lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged Gift Cards
- Our normal terms & conditions of purchase apply when using Gift Cards
- Gift vouchers bought in our physical stores cannot be transferred into Digital Gift Cards
- Gift Vouchers bought in stores cannot be redeemed online
