After a lot of heartache and deliberation following the recommendations of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation, we’ve taken the tough decision to temporarily close our PO.P stores. Our UK stores will close at 5pm on Friday 20th March, until further notice.
We’ll continually review this decision with the hope to re-open and welcome our staff and of course our valued customers back into our stores soon.
Our online store is still open for business. Our courier colleagues at Royal Mail have advised us that there will be some slight changes to their delivery procedures to reduce any risks for their customers. If your PO.P parcel is too big for the letter box, then your post person will knock and sit the parcel at the doorstep to avoid hand-to-hand contact. If no one is able to come to the door, a ‘Something for you’ card will be left, and your parcel will then be taken to your local delivery office as normal. If you are self-isolating or unable to collect your parcel, then a friend or family member can collect on your behalf, as long as they have your ID and your ‘Something for you’ card.
We have also now extended our Freepost returns period from 30 to 90 days on all items.
