• Your voucher can be used to buy both new and Second Hand PO.P items on this website only
• Vouchers wil be issued via email once your item has been approved and processed at our warehouse
• Vouchers must be used in a single transaction and only one voucher per transaction
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards
• Vouchers expire after 12 months of being issued
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with our 3 for 2 offer or with discount codes

We aim to process all trade-ins within 14 days of receiving them. You will be notified via email and your Voucher will be emailed to you also.

Yes! We buy back any PO.P item regardless of how old the item is or where it was originally purchased.

As part of our Second Hand Service, we are offering to "buy back" any item regardless of how old it is or where it was originally purchased. It doesn't have to have been bought online. On our trade in portal, simply click in the product registration section and fill in the details about the products you would like to trade in, the value we offer will be the same as if it was bought online and shows on your order history.

It’s our aim is to keep PO.P product out of landfill – and to reuse as much as possible. So, we will hold on to anything that can’t be resold; and once we have enough volume, we will upcycle, recycle, downcycle, disassemble, compost or donate depending on the product type.

We love that our clothing is currently being passed along to new loving owners through online marketplaces. However, PO.P Second Hand was launched to make the process of extending the lifespan of our garments as easy as possible for our customers. With our scheme, you can return your items to us free of charge, there is no photography required, and there are no selling fees. Simply pop your items back to us, and we will sort the rest and issue your voucher!

Prodcuts are assessed at our warehouse. We have a very thorough quality control and cleaning process for our PO.P Second Hand service. All second hand items are disinfected using an OZONE chamber to ensure the items are thoroughly cleaned before reaching their new owners by removing up to 99% of bacteria. The OZONE chamber also breaks down and destroys odour as opposed to simply masking it, meaning when you buy second hand items they’ll smell as good as new!They will then be added to our website for re-sale.
